We worked with The Fostering Network to produce a brand film for their Welsh Government funded programme, Fostering Wellbeing. The film forms part of the Team Around the Child series and focuses on the vital role that teachers play in supporting children and young people who are looked after.

The programme brings together professionals from across education, health, and social services to create a shared approach to improving wellbeing outcomes. This film highlights how teachers contribute to that collaboration, ensuring that every child has consistent care, understanding, and stability in their school environment.

Filmed across multiple education settings in Wales, the video combines interviews and documentary-style footage to capture real experiences and practical insights from teachers. The tone is warm and authentic, designed to inspire empathy and promote a culture of teamwork among professionals.

The finished film was used as part of the Fostering Wellbeing Masterclass Series to raise awareness, share best practice, and reinforce the importance of equality within the team around the child.
