We worked with Admiral Group to produce a recruitment video for their MBA Leaders Scheme, showcasing the opportunities and career development available within the organisation. As a video production company based in Cardiff, we were proud to collaborate with one of Wales’ leading employers on a project focused on attracting future leaders.

Filmed over several days at Admiral’s headquarters in Cardiff, we captured interviews with current MBA participants, successful graduates, and senior leaders who shared their personal journeys and insights. The aim was to create an authentic and inspiring narrative that reflected Admiral’s culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.

The final film combined polished visuals with a warm, human tone, highlighting how the MBA scheme supports leadership development and long-term career progression. It serves as a central piece of recruitment content for Admiral’s digital channels and continues to inspire applicants to join the programme.
