We partnered with Social Care Wales to create a series of videos for The Accolades, an awards programme that celebrates the people and organisations making a difference in social care across the country. The aim was to tell authentic, uplifting stories that captured the passion and dedication of those working in the sector.

Filmed on location across Wales, each video highlighted a finalist’s story through interviews, on-site footage, and natural sound, giving audiences an honest insight into the impact of their work. The challenge was to balance authenticity with polish, creating films that were human and inspiring while maintaining professional quality.

Our team also developed on-brand motion graphics, animation, and sound design to tie the series together visually. The result was a collection of stories that brought warmth, recognition, and visibility to the incredible work happening within Welsh social care.
