Respond Healthcare commissioned us to create a video campaign for World Ostomy Day, celebrating the inspiring ambassadors who represent their community. The goal was to tell real stories with warmth and authenticity, highlighting confidence, care, and positivity around living with an ostomy.

Filmed over a single day in a beautiful property in Bath, our team captured lifestyle footage and interviews with Respond’s ambassadors in a relaxed setting. Each scene was designed to feel natural and optimistic, reflecting the brand’s focus on empowerment and connection.

The final film was delivered as a hero video for digital and social use, supported by shorter social edits and a full set of campaign photography. The result is a heartfelt piece of content that reflects Respond’s message of support and understanding while helping raise awareness for World Ostomy Day.
