We worked with CPS Group, a leading recruitment company based in Cardiff and Bristol, to create a series of brand videos highlighting the people, culture, and expertise behind their business. The project focused on capturing what makes CPS unique across its four specialist brands, through authentic storytelling and polished visuals.

Filmed over several days across both cities, the production included interviews with staff at every level, supported by b-roll of office life and on-location footage that reflected the team’s energy and environment. Each video was crafted to showcase one of CPS Group’s divisions, giving every brand its own tone while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the series.

The final suite of videos is used across the company’s website, careers pages, and social channels to support recruitment, brand awareness, and internal communications.
